We provide a mixture of doctor and nurse led clinics Monday to Friday, including three evening clinics, an appointment service and two young people's clinics.


The clinic provides the following services:

Sexual Health

  • Sexual Health Advice
  • Routine Testing for sexually transmitted infections and HIV
  • Treatment of Chlamydia
  • Hepatitis B screening and vaccination when appropriate
  • C-card for under 25 year olds
  • Free condoms and lubricant
  • Sexual Health Doctor/ Nurse Practitioner clinic
  • Treatment of other genital infections and conditions (appointment only)
  • Testing for patients with signs or symptoms of an infection (appointment only)

Our walk in STI testing is a routine STI service. If you have symptoms, concerns or changes to your health please contact us to make an appointment or attend our clinic at West Middlesex Hospital in Isleworth. 


Contraception / Family Planning

  • Routine Contraception including the pill and injection
  • Emergency Contraception
  • Appointments for repeat pill or injection contraception for registered patients
  • Assessment for Implant, IUD and IUS
  • Fitting of Implant, IUD and IUS (appointment only)
  • Pregnancy testing
  • Referral for termination of pregnancy

Specialist Services

  • Young People's Clinic (Mondays & Fridays 3pm to 5pm - no appointment needed).

Opening Times

Contraception Consultations and STI and HIV testing for people with no symptoms or signs of an infection can be booked online here. (If you do have symptoms or specific concerns, please telephone to arrange an appointment instead of booking online, so we can ensure your appointment is the most appropriate one for you.)

The following walk-in opening times are for contraception, family planning and routine STI testing. For patients requesting smear tests, or who have symptoms of an STI, an appointment is required.

Please note that during busy times the clinic may close earlier than advertised. We encourage patients to attend the clinic as early as possible in order to be seen.

Monday 17th September – Change of opening time.
Next Monday, the clinic for booked appointments will open at 11.00am and the walk-in clinic will open at 1.30pm, in order to upgrade the IT systems. We apologise for any inconvenience.

How to get here 

Heart of Hounslow, Level 2,

Our Hounslow clinic is located at the Heart of Hounslow Centre for Health, five minute walk from Hounslow Central Underground Station (Piccadilly Line) and Hounslow Main Line Station (Waterloo to Reading Line).

The clinic is also a five minute walk from all buses servicing Hounslow High Street including bus numbers 237 and 117. Bus numbers 81, 203, 222, H32 and H98 stop two minutes walk from the clinic.  

There is a pay and display car park at the Heart of Hounslow. It is recommended to allow two hours parking when attending the clinic.
